It’s finally here. A real time up-to-the-minute ChatGPT embedded in a familiar format and with a reliable trusted source, Microsoft. Well, we trust Microsoft with every other software component we use, so this is just another. After a few days wait and some downloading, I was notified this morning, as I checked my email on my iphone in bed, that I was in. Only on the desktop though. So I had to wait until I was up and at them and by that time I’d forgotten. Then I received an enquiry from an associate, asking for some yachs that were on the market. As I was logging in the thought came to my mind and I was about to check out my usual databases when I realised there may be a quicker way. Within seconds I had the answer.

Now, I put a disclaimer at the bottom, as while they look right, and have a good source, I’m still untrusting of the answers and I’d need to double check each specific items as a professional yacht broker. Is the asking price current as it may have changed from where it got it’s source from. Is the detail accurate ? Sometimes in the industry we get typos and false information, so unless I can see it on an official specification or brochure, then I’d be concerned. However, having said that, for anyone needing some initial help to understand what is out there. Here’s the list with complete answer.
